Hi Everyone!
In an effort to rewire some musical tastes that just didn't take the first time, I am re-appropriating this blog in order to look at some musical artists that I just couldn't connect with initially. Now that Spotify enables us to explore the full breadth of an artist's musical catalog, I'm excited to take some time as both a music fan and dancer to try to reach out to the work of these artists once again and gain a deeper understanding of their tunes.
So far I plan to revisit the works of:
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
Tom Waits
Bruce Springsteen
I do plan to make the choices personal, but if you have any recommendations for a "misunderstood" artist that would be great to investigate...let me know!
