Been in my choreographic hole lately...about 60% of my Gothla piece is done! Need to finish ASAP!
One interesting thing I notice is that I am a very lyrical dancer and tend to want to interpret lyrics as well as beat. I'm not sure how good I feel about this tendency or whether I think it makes my dancing too 'stagey'. However, I do find many fusion forms of bellydance rather lacking in emotion and story sometimes. I wonder how this will work out, and I'm a little afraid of the results.
